Everything you have added sits here until you confirm it. Check weights and tin sizes, leave a note about grind, a delivery window or a gift message, and we will pack the same day if the order reaches us before the courier cutoff.
Baskets get held for a short window while we confirm grind, delivery slots and gift notes. If something in your cart needs a correction, a courier change or a split delivery to a guesthouse, message us and we will sort it before the packing run.
Best for basket edits, invoice details and guesthouse tea tray lists. Include your order note so we can match it to the cart.

Most answers about brewing ratios, harvest notes and refill sizing are already written up on the help page, and you can always contact us directly if your cart needs a hand.
Everything you picked sits here until you confirm. Check the blends, the weights and the note field, then tell us how you want the parcel handled. We pack the same day when the order lands before the courier cutoff.
Cederberg Rooibos Loose Leaf
250 g refill pouch, long-cut single-origin leaf
Honeybush and Chamomile Evening Blend
120 g glass jar, loose leaf
Five-Tin Tasting Set
Rooibos, honeybush, chamomile, mint, spice mix
Seasonal lots turn over weekly. If a blend runs out between now and packing, we hold the rest of the basket and let you know before anything ships.
The note field travels with the order. Use it for grind preference on spice mixes, a preferred delivery window, or a gift message to be written on the hand-labelled card. Keep it short and we copy it across as written.
Check the items, the address and the note above. Once you confirm, the basket goes to the packing room and we reply with the delivery window and a courier reference. Nothing is packed until you send it through.
A few things trip people up at the packing bench, so here they are in plain terms. Read these once and the basket page stops being a guessing game.
A 250 g refill pouch holds 250 g of loose leaf. Glass jars and sampler tins are listed by the tea inside them, so a five-tin set is five 30 g portions. If you are topping up an existing jar, check its volume first: long-cut rooibos sits looser than a fine chamomile.
Use the running note for grind preference, a delivery window, or a gift message you want written on the card. It does not change what you are charged, and it does not reserve stock. Anything about an invoice or a refund goes through the contact page instead.
The free nationwide courier applies once the basket reaches the set value. Splitting one order into two smaller ones usually pushes both below it. Strainers and single tins are the usual reason a basket sits just under the line.
Stock turns weekly and small runs sell through. If a harvest lot shows as unavailable, it is gone for that picking, not queued for you. The next run appears on the listing when it is packed, and the blend itself stays the same even when the farm lot changes.
Orders confirmed before the courier cutoff are packed that day from the Cape Town room. Later ones go out the next working day. Choosing a delivery slot tells us when to hand the parcel over, not when we start weighing it.
A subscription keeps the same three blends coming on your schedule. Because we buy in small lots, the leaf behind a blend can shift between deliveries. Brewing ratios on each listing are written to hold steady across those changes.
Questions about an order already placed, or about a guesthouse tray you are restocking, are best sent through the contact page so we can match it to your basket.
